Good list. Personally I'd throw Memento just above Following because it's not really a great movie to me, just an interesting concept from a filmmaker who had yet to reach his full potential.
The first few times seeing Memento I thought it was a bit of a gimmick. After seeing it a few more times along with the rest of Nolan's work (especially Inception), I know that this man is full of "interesting concepts". I just happen to think Memento's concept was perhaps the most well executed "interesting concept" of the last decade.
